This universal umbrella mount makes it possible to use an umbrella with most any flash head and light stand combination. The swivel umbrella adapter provides a 5/8″ female mount both top and bottom, plus one adapter with 1/4″ and 3/8″ male threads and one with 1/4″ and 3/8″ female threads, and a locking receptacle that will hold umbrella shafts up to nearly 1/2″ (12mm) diameter. Locking swivel joint above the stand mount allows head and umbrella anywhere up to a 90 degree tilt. It is also great for attaching shoe-mounted speedlights.
