If you have an older type of log burner then you may have to use ceramic paper strips. The strip is used to seal stove glass. You can also use the strip as padding between the glass and glass clips. The idea is to prevent overtightening. Overtightening can cause the glass to crack. We provide strips of 2Ms for both 6mm and 10mm wide ceramic paper strips. Our packaging also includes fitting instructions. The paper strips can be easily cut with standard scissors or even a Stanley Knife. You will need high-temperature adhesive so the paper holds in place.
