The pistol utilizes a Double Action / Single Action (DA/SA) hammer system, providing the safety of a heavy first pull with the speed of a light follow-up shot. It features a manual safety that doubles as a decocking lever, allowing the shooter to safely drop the hammer on a chambered round.
